Outbound AI Joins Microsoft Pegasus Program
Conversational artificial intelligence provider Outbound AI has been selected to participate in the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program, an invite-only program for startups that have demonstrated product-market fit.
Outbound A offers teams of AI virtual agents to manage many of the back-office tasks impacting the healthcare revenue cycle.
Built on its Conversation AI Cloud and hosted on Microsoft Azure, Outbound AI's Claims Work Solution is designed to expand capacity, enhance productivity and maximize collections while elevating the daily job experience for healthcare billing team members.
"Having completed a $16 million round of seed financing last summer, we've been able to markedly accelerate the development and delivery of our Claims Work Solution to healthcare organizations all across the country, and the results have been extraordinary," said Stead Burwell, founder and CEO of Outbound AI, in a statement. "Being invited to join the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program is not only a tremendous honor, it's validation of the work we're doing and the value we're creating. We look forward to furthering all aspects of our enterprise go-to-market initiatives with the expertise, guidance, and support of the Microsoft team."
"Enterprise customers increasingly face a range of business challenges across industries," said Sally Frank, worldwide lead for health and life sciences at Microsoft for Startups, in a statement. "Because administrative overhead within the healthcare space is particularly challenging, we're thrilled to welcome Outbound AI to our Pegasus Program to address the needs of our joint customers."
