OC Tanner Chooses Gold Systems to Develop Voice Rec Applications on Microsoft Speech Server

OC Tanner has selected Gold Systems to build a suite of new speech recognition applications based on the Microsoft Speech Server 2004.

OC Tanner, a 75-year-old company whose mission is to strengthen companies through recognition, chose Gold Systems to develop these new speech applications using Microsoft Speech Server 2004 (MSS). The application Gold Systems is creating will give OC Tanner customers better services for their employees.

"We looked at many options and the Gold Systems/Microsoft solution had the best value, which has allowed us to acquire a solution normally reserved for Global 50 companies," said Kelly Phillipps, director of technology for OC Tanner. "The prototypes Gold Systems has completed are an exciting improvement over the cumbersome and impersonal interfaces used in touch tone systems.
