Nuance Voice Platform Named a Top Market Leader

Nuance Voice Platform  was named a "Top Market Leader" by analyst firm Forrester Research in its December 8 Forrester Wave report, Evaluating Speech Self-Service Platforms.

"Nuance Voice Platform is solidly optimized for speech and provides access to all of Nuance's advanced speech recognition capabilities," noted Elizabeth Herrell, vice president, Forrester Research. In her December 2004 report, Evaluating Speech Self-Service Platforms, she added, "Nuance's experience in developing and deploying speech technology results in a robust platform that allows it to deliver advanced capabilities as soon as they become available, while maintaining high system performance ... Nuance Voice Platform is integrated with Nuance's speech recognition, voice authentication and text-to-speech software.
