NextiraOne Enhances Professional and Managed Services Offering
HOUSTON - NextiraOne enhanced and expanded its services offerings for enterprise clients into three categories - professional, managed and maintenance services.
The first of the three categories of offerings is a professional services suite focused on business transformation, such as planning, design and architecture; migration planning; business optimization; strategic assessment and program management. The second is the managed services suite which offers solutions-oriented capabilities including call receipt, first level help desk, technical support, application monitoring, proactive trending and analysis, asset and SLA management and vendor and project management. Finally, the maintenance services suite will encompass more hardware-centric and reactive services like alarm monitoring and remote diagnostics, repair parts and logistics, technician dispatch and manufacturer problem escalation.
