Nexidia and FICO Partner

Nexidia has teamed up with FICO, an analytics software company, to offer Nexidia Interaction Analytics with FICO Debt Manager 9 collections and recovery platform.

Aimed at lenders and collections agencies, the solution incorporates Nexidia's speech analytics with FICO Debt Manager to decode multichannel interactions and improve collections strategies and interactions.

"Collections teams must not only increase their debt collecting efficiency and effectiveness, but also provide a positive customer experience and meet challenging compliance requirements," said David Lightfoot, vice president of product management at FICO, in a statement. "The combination of Nexidia Interaction Analytics with FICO Debt Manager 9 will enable our joint clients to combine best-in-breed voice analytics with real-time decisioning to enable credit grantors and their agencies to ensure an overall positive experience for their customers."
