Nexidia Releases "Nexidia Enterprise Speech Intelligence 5.0"

ATLANTA, Ga. - Nexidia released its Nexidia Enterprise Speech Intelligence (ESI) 5.0. 

New features in Nexidia ESI 5.0 include:

• Enhanced analysis using metadata - Nexidia ESI 5.0 enables analyses of the attributes surrounding the recorded audio (metadata).
• Additional reporting and trending capabilities - Nexidia ESI 5.0 enables users to view search results in user-defined combinations using call data and metadata.
• Enhancements to searching recorded speech - Nexidia ESI 5.0 search and query functionality can now be used to perform optimized searches and queries generating information relevant to the user's information needs.
• Media Replay and Search - The Nexidia ESI 5.0 replay functionality allows sorting and reporting of search results by user-chosen metadata fields. Media Replay enables the user to review and replay search results at the point in the file where the result happens. Visualization of each recorded file and the associated results enables targeted listening to key findings.
