NSC Announces New Version of NSCBoard Server
NSC (Natural Speech Communication) has announced release of version 3.7 of the NSCBoard. According to NSC, the new version enables developers of speech driven services to configure the speech recognition resources on the board, use slot filling capabilities and write grammars in ABNF format. "Version 3.7 adds more power to our cost-effective, compact, and easy-to-integrate ASR boards," said Dr. Ami Moyal, NSC CEO. "We strongly believe that the additional flexibility we have added to our boards will be beneficial to our customers. This is another stage in our strategy to offer the market a stand alone ASR server which can be used and configured according to changing needs of application development." The NSCBoard is supplied in three sizes -- 4, 12 or 30 DSPs. Available immediately is the NSC Development Kit including: NSCBoard-4 - NSCBoard with 4 DSPs, NSCEngine - NSC's speech recognition engine, NSCServer - server software for windows NT /2000 and Linux and a grammar compiler.
