Montage Adds Voice Capability to HR App
Montage, a provider of purpose-built video interviewing solutions, has launched Montage Voice, a voice technology solution that customizes the hiring experience for candidates and recruiters.
Montage's enhanced voice technology capabilities empower recruiters to create candidate-centered screening experiences with the ability to design questions and create their own workflows specific to each unique job opening. Job candidates are empowered to respond to job-specific, audio-delivered questions at their convenience, which incorporates a personalized experience conveying the employer's brand. Recruiters can use this audio-based application to expedite initial screenings, particularly when volume is high and speed is paramount.
"Montage has taken an important step by leading the industry in creating inclusivity and encompassing the full talent reach within its platform," Elaine Orler, founder and chair of The Talent Board, said in a statement. "Adding a voice-based component solves the problem of reaching a huge segment of the working population that is challenged by access to technology."
"The response to voice-based interviews has been extremely positive. Within six months of making this technology available to our clients, adoption has exploded from a few hundred to thousands of voice interviews per client, per month," said Kurt Heikkinen, Montage's president and CEO, in a statement. "We are extremely pleased by this user response, which affirms the importance of delivering excellence across multiple interviewing options."
