MIR3 Announces the Availability of inAlertCenter
MIR3 announced the availability of inAlertCenter, which enables companies and organizations to consolidate and manage emergency communications during disasters and network outages. Browser-based inAlertCenter allows two-way, interactive delivery of critical information in text or speech to and from any type of device, including landline, pager, mobile or satellite phone, PDA and Blackberry.
MIR3's inAlertCenter interface is manageable by non-technical personnel. inAlertCenter features call bridging into call centers and conference calls; find/follow recipients based on their device priority and calendar schedule; 128-bit SSL security encryption and authentication; recorded voice or text-to-speech options; reporting and metrics to determine the delivery success of outbound notifications and cascading of new notifications by recipient response.
In addition, inAlertCenter offers organizations an upgrade path to MIR3's inEnterprise, a notification platform designed for integration into an organization's enterprise communication infrastructure. inEnterprise works in conjunction with standard corporate databases, such as LDAP, Active Directory, Oracle, Peoplesoft, SunGard Paragon, ePlanner and Revolution and LDRPS (Living Disaster Recovery Planning System), which allows organizations to consolidate communications across divisions into a notification platform.
