LumenVox Partners with M&C

M&C Associates has become a LumenVox Skills Certified Partner, demonstrating its ability to deliver speech solutions based on the LumenVox speech automation suite.

M&C and LumenVox together are adding speech recognition to self-service applications and contact center services.
