LumenVox Achieves Cisco Compatibility Certification
LumenVox announced today that its LumenVox Speech Engines, version 15.1, have been certified for Cisco compatibility with Cisco UCCE Version 11.5 and certified with Cisco UCCX Version 11.5.
As a member of the Cisco Solution Partner Program, LumenVox partners and resellers can create, deploy, manage, and support speech-based solutions to enhance the capabilities, performance and management of the network.

The LumenVox speech products included in the certification included the following:
- The LumenVox Automated Speech Recognizer (ASR).
- The LumenVox Speech Recognizer, which supports natural language understanding (NLU) applications through development of statistical language models.
- LumenVox Text-to-Speech.
- LumenVox Call Progress Analysis, which provides tone-based detection leveraging the Speech Recognizer by constantly listening for various tones, just as it would when performing speech recognition. These are compared to special acoustic models for matches.
