Loquendo and IT Deusto Sign Value Added Reseller Agreement

TURIN, ITALY - Loquendo and IT Deusto, a Spanish IT Services Company, have signed a Value Added Reseller Agreement whereby IT Deusto will use Loquendo's synthetic speech and automatic speech recognition technology in a range of voice portal applications. The initial target will be the financial sector, where the Voice Channel will be integrated with the Web Channel. With IT Deusto's automatic voice portal services running Loquendo TTS and Loquendo ASR technology in a range of languages, customers can manage their personal finances using their voice and any kind of phone. These flexible, user-friendly services are currently available in Spanish, Catalan, English, French, German and Portuguese. The first voice portal application for the Financial sector to be rolled out under this agreement will go live this coming fall, following a strong marketing campaign by IT Deusto's customer.
