Loquendo Language Guesser Presented by Loquendo

TURIN, ITALY - Loquendo has created Loquendo Language Guesser, a technology that identifies the different languages in a document and ensures that automated text-to-speech systems appropriately read the text contained in the document in those languages. The language identification system can be used for all automated speech-enabled services using synthetic speech technology, such as e-mail reading, news and personal banking, to name but a few. As part of a synthetic speech system, the Loquendo Language Guesser module now makes it possible to identify text written in English, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, German, Italian, Swedish, Catalan and Greek, enabling multilingual speech applications.
