Loquendo-HCare Partnership Brings Voice to an Auto Avatar

Loquendo and H-care, a developer of multichannel platforms for self-service and customer care, have joined together to present Chiara, a new Human Digital Assistant (HDA).

Chiara is H-Care's virtual assistant and voice guide for Fiat's online auto showroom.Visitors to the site can build their own Fiat with the help of Chiara, who can offer you advice and suggestions on choosing colors and accessories, guide them through the huge range of options available for each car model, and  even book atest drive. Users can also interact with Chiara via video call (inbound and outbound) to the Ciao Fiat video call center.

H-Care's Human Digital Assistants (HDA) are software-based, human-like avatars that can speak, understand and respond in real time - with life-like facial expressions and head movements, synchronized with Loquendo's text to speech.
