Kable Fulfillment Services to Deploy Witness Systems Workforce Management Software

ATLANTA - Kable Fulfillment Services has extended deployment of Witness Systems' workforce optimization software.  Already a Witness Systems customer interaction recording software user, Kable Fulfillment Services will now implement the company's workforce management technology for use in its two contact centers located in Mt. Morris, Ill. and Marion, Ohio. 

Kable Fulfillment Services, a division of Kable News Company, Inc., offers approximately 250 clients a range of services for product, catalog, subscription and literature fulfillment, including warehousing and pick/pack, online inventory management, customer service/call center, credit card, and mail order and Internet processing.
