Jet Multimedia Chooses Elan Sayso

TOULOUSE, FRANCE - Jet Multimédia has integrated Elan Sayso into two of the company's hosting offers : " Contact SVI ", its IVR hosting offer for applications such as auto-attendant, online individual information access or voice portal - and "Contact Access", its global offer for Multimedia Contact Center info-management, handling lead qualification, call processing and intelligent call transfer on multiple, centralized or decentralized sites.
