Jersey Mike's Adopts SoundHound for Voice Ordering
Jersey Mike's Subs is working with SoundHound AI to enable customers to place phone orders for pick-up via a voice artificial intelligence ordering system. The system is being rolled out at 50 Jersey Mike's locations.
The system is optimized for natural human speech, has been trained on the entirety of Jersey Mike's menu, and uses advanced AI to recognize items instantly as customers are talking.
As well as taking orders, SoundHound's technology answers a broad range of menu questions and even provides information about opening times, parking, allergens, and more. The AI answers 100 percent of calls and can even take multiple orders at once.
