Jack Longinotti Joins Voxify as CFO

ALAMEDA, Calif.— Jack Longinotti has joined Voxify as VP of finance and CFO. Longinotti will manage the finance group at Voxify, which includes all finance, accounting, legal and human resource activities.  He is based at Voxify's headquarters in Alameda, reporting to CEO Adeeb Shanaa.

Prior to joining Voxify, Longinotti was CFO of UltraDNS.  Before UltraDNS, Longinotti served as CFO and COO at Netcentrives. There he managed operational and control processes and led multiple funding rounds with venture and investment firms. Before Netcentives, Longinotti served as CEO at IRIS, a subsidiary of ATandT Capital and various executive positions at US Leasing International. He received an master's in finance from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a bachelor's degree in engineering from Stanford University.

Voxify also appointed Don Nanneman as VP of marketing and Roger Nunn as VP of sales.
