Intervoice Announces Release of Omvia Voice Framework and Voice Express Packaged Applications to Support Microsoft Speech Server 2004

SAN FRANCISCO - As a Microsoft certified partner, Intervoice Inc. (Nasdaq: INTV) announced that its telephony interface manager software product and pre-configured hardware platform will integrate with the new Microsoft speech server 2004. The Intervoice TIM offers call and media control capabilities to the Microsoft speech server, part of the Windows server system family of products, for the deployment of Speech Application Language Tags-based telephony and multimodal speech-enabled applications. The speech server enables customers to leverage and extend their existing investment in Microsoft technologies such as Windows server 2003 and Visual Studio .NET 2003.
