Inference Solutions Earns Frost & Sullivan’s Customer Value Leadership Award
Inference Solutions, a global provider of Intelligent Virtual Agents for sales and service organizations, announced that the company’s Studio Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) platform earned Frost & Sullivan’s Customer Value Leadership Award for the IVA market. Inference will officially accept the award at Frost & Sullivan’s annual Excellence in Best Practices Awards Gala this September in Austin, TX.
Frost & Sullivan’s Customer Value Leadership Awards honor business leaders in key growth segments, evaluated on two primary macro-level categories: customer impact and business impact. Inference and its Studio IVA platform were carefully measured against five key criteria in each of these two categories, following Frost & Sullivan’s 10-step process to evaluate award candidates and assess their fit within these best practices criteria.
“The intelligent virtual agent market has been gaining momentum steadily over the years, driven in large part by Inference Solutions’ determination to build a platform that not only harnesses the power of AI to elevate the customer experience but to do it in a way that enables businesses to deploy IVAs easily and affordably,” said Nancy Jamison, principal analyst at Frost & Sullivan. “Inference has democratized the IVA deployment process and brought the latest virtual agent functionality within reach of organizations of all sizes. Moreover, Inference’s unique pricing model and its ability to deliver Studio’s robust capabilities without complex professional services engagements have vaulted the company into a strong leadership position.”
This Frost & Sullivan award is the latest in what has become a steady stream of industry accolades. In May, DMG Consulting recognized Inference as the IVA global market share leader based on the number of customers, with a 15.8% share of the global market. Prior to that, Inference Studio won a Gold Stevie Award for the best new version of an IVR solution, and the platform also earned a 2019 Internet Telephony Product of the Year Award.
