IQ Services Launches Disaster Recovery Testing Services
MINNEAPOLIS Interactive Quality (IQ) Services, Inc. launched Disaster Recovery/Business Continuation testing services for contact center and communication business solutions.
IQ Services' Disaster Recovery StressTest allows organizations to test their disaster recovery/business continuation plans with real traffic into their business solution.
A Disaster Recovery StressTest can be used to test rollover to backup sites, traffic redirection to split production sites and reboots. The company can simulate a disaster by shutting down components of their business solution during the test and observe what happens to the traffic as it is processed from end-to-end.
Companies can also take advantage of IQ Services' monitoring services, HeartBeat and WebBeat. HeartBeat and WebBeat services interact with a business solution at scheduled intervals and alert the company if the solution doesn't perform as expected.
IQ Services is also currently in discussions with Plexent, a provider of business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
All of IQ Services' voice testing services can be used on speech-enabled solutions.
