IBM Voice Toolkit Preview Available for Download from Alphaworks

Voice Toolkit Preview extends the new IBM Rational Software Development Platform with voice application development capabilities. It uses graphical call-flow tools and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) tools. This toolkit provides a Communication Flow Builder for graphically creating VoiceXML files; a graphical grammar builder that can be within or independent of Communication Flow Builder; a CCXML editor (based on the CCXML Specification provided by the W3C) for creating and maintaining CCXML documents; and a set of tools that assist in editing data required for building NLU models, as well as a new call routing designer.
