Hi Auto Conversational AI Platform Now Available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace

Hi Auto, a provider of drive-thru voice AI technology, has made its platform available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, an online store providing applications and services for use on Azure. Microsoft Azure users can now purchase and use Hi Auto services on the Azure cloud platform.

Hi Auto enables quick-service restaurants (QSR) to automate and optimize the order-taking process for drive-thrus. Its conversational AI technology is specifically engineered for QSRs, integrating a hybrid model that combines domain-specific natural language processing and automatic speech recognition (ASR) with strategic human oversight. This approach ensures an accuracy rate exceeding 95 percent, according to the company.
