Hex Signs Greater Reykjavik Transport

REYKJAVIK, Iceland - Hex Software has signed Greater Reykjavik Transport for a voice enabled information service based on Hexia MC, Hex's Mobile Content platform.

The service, to be launched shortly, provides callers with bus route information and timetables, a "how do I get there from here" feature and can send timetables and route information via text messages with picture messages of route plans to follow.

The service is deployed on HP Speechweb, using Scansoft SpeechPearl ASR for Icelandic.
