Gold Systems Releases Speech Recognition Applications for Microsoft Speech Server 2004

BOULDER, Colo. - Gold Systems announced the release of speech recognition self-service applications for Microsoft Speech Server 2004. The V-Dialer application is an automated receptionist that enables customers and employees to contact companies with natural speech. The insurance application modules provide healthcare providers and policy holders with self-service access to claim status, account status and physician locator services.

 

Getting information to customers quickly and in a pleasant manner were the design objectives of these applications. When this is accomplished, customers continue to use self-service applications, resulting in higher usage and cost savings for companies.
