Gold Systems Partners with Rhetorical

BOULDER, CO and HUDSON, MA - Gold Systems Inc., an independent provider of voice-powered solutions, and Rhetorical Inc., a developmer of text-to-speech software, announced the signing of an agreement that names Gold Systems as the exclusive North American reseller of Rhetorical's rVoice text-to-speech software licenses for the Avaya Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. "We are very excited to work with a company with expertise in IVR and speech application deployment for this initiative, said Rhetorical's CEO, Marc Moens, "With 11 years of experience working on the Avaya IVR, Gold Systems was an obvious choice to help Rhetorical expand its text-to-speech market across new platforms." Gold Systems plans to market Rhetorical's rVoice software to the Avaya sales channel, including dealers and independent software vendors that want to offer text-to-speech as a value-add to Avaya IVR sales. Gold Systems also plans to market complete solutions that include rVoice licenses, application development with AccessTTS and technical support to enterprise companies already using the Avaya IVR systems. AccessTTS, part of Gold Systems Vonetix Product Suite, serves as an integration mechanism between IVRs and TTS products. IVR application developers can include TTS features within their application using AccessTTS's support for standard IVR development environments.
