Genesys Partners with MicroAutomation

MANASSAS, Va. - MicroAutomation formed a partnership with Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, an Alcatel company (NYSE: ALA, Paris: CGEP.PA).  As a member of Genesys InterActs Partner Program, MicroAutomation will be implementing, developing, and reselling Genesys' products and solutions.
