QUINEBAUG, CT - The RAPmeter, a software benchmarking and certification tool, measures desktop voice and speech recognition accuracy and performance (response time). RAP is an acronym for "Reliable Accuracy and Performance". The RAPmeter is compatible with voice recognition applications such as Dragon Professional and Preferred, IBM ViaVoice, Philips, and L&H Voice Express. RAP certification provides independent verifiable measurements that will assure user confidence.
