General Voice announces RAPmeter-Vxml
QUINEBAUG, CT. - General Voice announces RAPmeter-Vxml. RAPmeter-Vxml is intended to provide an accuracy and performance tool to developers, users and portal providers. RAPmeter-Vxml also includes a new metric, "Confidence Level" not yet available in RAPmeter Version 1 for dictation products. Mark Pearson, a voice recognition consultant from M-CBS.com had this to say about RAPmeter Version 1.0, "Take the time to understand this fantastic tool. By using this tool with clients on their computers you can understand how to train better, and make computer adjustments to get a better speech recognition result." CEO David Tiberii says, "General Voice has a record of working with its customers to get the most from their voice recognition products. Running a RAPmeter test on your vxml system will generate a RAP certificate with information about its accuracy, performance and confidence levels. We are constantly working to "Make voice your first choice" through information and education.
