General RV Launches bridgeSpeak AR

MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. - General RV, a Midwest RV dealer, went live with bridgeSpeak LLC's bridgeSpeak AR communication system.  General RV purchased bridgeSpeak AR for their special order parts process.

Special order parts notifications, business development and reminder calls are automatically made every day and are driven off of the existing data in General RV's Dealership Management Software (DMS).  bridgeSpeak AR's multi-store functionality allows one system to contact customers for each of General RV's six locations.  Due to a gap in General RV's DMS, bridgeSpeak created a Parts Management application to enable General RV to more accurately keep track of parts and dispatch them to customers.  The parts application is integrated with bridgeSpeak AR, giving General RV a streamlined end-to-end parts process.  According to Wade Stufft, operations manager of General RV Wixom, "bridgeSpeak is a phenomenal company to work with.  Side by side bridgeSpeak has helped us create a solution to a very frustrating problem.  I would recommend bridgeSpeak to anyone who wants to 'Automate the ordinary, and personalize the extraordinary!'"
