GM Voices Becomes Official Genesys Technology Partner

GM Voices, a producer of professionally-recorded voice files for technology applications, today announced its status as a technology partner in the Genesys Partner Network. GM Voices provides customers with an option for friendly, brand-consistent audio files to greet and guide callers on Genesys' feature-rich voice solutions.

GM Voices has worked with Genesys for nearly a decade, providing the pre-installed voice files on a number of automated voice solutions, including Voice Portal and Dialog Designer.
