Frost & Sullivan Names BeVocal Product Differentiation Innovation Award Recipient
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. - BeVocal has received Frost and Sullivan's Product Differentiation Innovation Award. The award recognizes the vendor that has best demonstrated the ability to develop and/or advance products with innovative capabilities and differentiate itself from its competitors. BeVocal was recognized for its portfolio of speech-enabled hosted self-service applications that give customers an alternative to owning and operating a premise-based infrastructure.
"After doing extensive research, we selected BeVocal as the standout player in this category due to the company's hosted services business model, performance-based pricing and innovation in customer ownership-enhancing services," said Krithi Rao, research analyst at Frost and Sullivan. "BeVocal does a solid job as an end-to-end solutions provider, taking care of application development, deployment, hosting and ongoing management and maintenance. The company's focus on post-deployment application tuning has proven highly effective for its clients, helping some achieve close to a 70% increase in call deflection rates within 12 months."
The Frost and Sullivan Product Differentiation Innovation Award recipient is selected by a team of analysts that track competing market participants' product differentiation strategies through ongoing research consisting of market participant interviews, end-user surveys, and extensive secondary research.
