Florida Law Firm Cole, Scott, & Kissane Implements BigHand
Florida law firm Cole, Scott, & Kissane has chosen BigHand Voice to upgrade and consolidate its digital dictation system across 11 offices throughout Florida.
Prior to BigHand, the firm's attorneys were using a variety of solutions, including individual instances of desktop dictation software and even tape dictation devices to dictate work, submit time entries, and accomplish other administrative tasks. The firm wanted to provide one consolidated system that would unify workflows and allow the greatest functionality.
