First Data Launches Fast REACT

First Data announces Fast REACT , a new end-to-end processing solution, which allows customers to leverage the power of Experian's Notification Services.  Fast REACT  utilizes Notification Services trigger data and First Data's processing system to improve risk management, customer retention and cross-marketing on behalf of the customer.

Adding Notification Services trigger data to Fast REACT allows card issuers and financial institutions to leverage First Data's suite of products to act when consumers perform certain actions identified by Notification Services.  In addition, card issuers and other financial institutions will be able to offer current customers or prospects additional services when those consumers are demonstrating specific behaviors.

Card issuers can also act promptly when a consumer's risk profile changes, improving the card issuer's ability to manage exposure.

The integration of Experian's Notification Services data on behalf of customers into First Data's Fast REACT requires no additional programming on the part of the card issuer, and allows for immediate transfer of Notification Services data via a daily transmission.
