Fast-Talk and Dictaphone Provide Audio Search Sechnology

STRATFORD, CT - Dictaphone Corporation announced that its Communications Recording Systems (CRS) group has signed an agreement with Fast-Talk. The new technology will provide instantaneous location of key words, phrases and proper names in recorded audio files. Contact centers, financial services, insurance companies and public safety agencies are just a few examples of voice recording environments that will find the new search technology to be an invaluable tool for measuring quality assurance, verifying script compliance, and providing timely feedback in emergency situations. Through the alliance with Fast-Talk, Dictaphone Corporation has developed Freedom Navigator, an application that can be layered on its Freedom recording platform. Using Freedom Navigator, key words or phrases can be located from audio recorded on the Freedom recording system, regardless of where the calls are stored.
