Evolve IP Releases Recap for Voice Recording, Transcription, and Analytics

Evolve IP has released Evolve Recap for Microsoft Teams, the Evolve Contact Suite, and Cisco unified communications.

Recap is a voice recording, transcription, and speech analytics platform with artificial intelligence-driven natural language processing. Its business intelligence analyzes call sentiment, produces interactive call transcriptions, and delivers automated notifications from keyword triggers via Microsoft Teams and email.

Key Recap features include the following:

  • Interactive Transcripts - Recap files integrate voice and written copy. Every word in a transcription can be clicked to playback, annotate, and share, and text transcriptions can be converted to Word or PDF formats.
  • Natural Language Processing - Recap identifies key moments during calls, such as identifying when customers sound frustrated. Important moments can be flagged for quick access and review.
  • Search and Discover - Recap enables users to search and skip to keywords across conversations.
  • AI-Driven Actions - Recap can trigger Teams messages, email, or other alerts using an AI-powered notification system.
