Empirix Acquires CT Labs

Empirix has acquired CT Labs. Both Empirix and CT Labs are privately held. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

CT Labs will become an independent operating unit of Empirix, offering clients enhanced capabilities, including a new VoIP test facility for independent functional, interoperability, regression, performance and scalability lab testing. The lab will also expand its geographic focus to serve enterprises, equipment manufacturers and service providers worldwide.
