CAIRO and ABU DHABI - PACC Electronic Engineering and Emerging Technologies announced the signing of a joint venture agreement whereby a new company will be formed and named SPEAKATEL. The new company will focus on the delivery of Arabic and multilingual speech recognition solutions and services to the local and international markets with initial launch from offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Cairo, Egypt as well as Kuwait City, Kuwait.
