Eicon Networks Integrates with Envox 5 Communications Development Platform to Provide Advanced Application Development and Management Capabilities for Diva Server
MONTREAL, Canada - Eicon Networks Corporation announced that it has integrated the Diva Server product line with the Envox 5 Communications Development Platform from Envox Worldwide. Eicon will provide Diva Server customers with integrated access to Envox 5's rapid application development software for faster deployment of voice, speech and conferencing solutions. Additionally, compatibility with Envox 5 brings important speech product integration, VoiceXML, system integration and administration capabilities to the Diva Server family of communications adapters.
Eicon utilized Envox 5's open APIs to build an integration package that provides developers with direct access to the Diva Server's voice, speech and conferencing functions from within the Envox 5 Studio. This reduces the time, cost and complexity of deploying speech-enabled IVR solutions and integrating them with a wide range of IT, web and back-office environments. Diva Server customers can also utilize Envox 5's management tools for configuring, monitoring and managing large-scale deployments.
