Eicon Networks Delivers Telephony Interface Manager for Microsoft Speech Server 2004 R2

- Eicon Networks Corporation delivered a Telephony Interface Manager (TIM) for Microsoft Speech Server 2004 R2. The TIM software will be bundled with Eicon's Diva® Server hardware and will be available for sale in North America and Europe.

Eicon's Diva Server delivers a hardware platform for the integration of multiple communications applications, including Voice over IP (VoIP), unified messaging (UM), computer telephony (CTI), remote access (RAS), and fax. Diva Server adapters offer connectivity via analog, ISDN basic rate (BRI) and primary rate (PRI), and E1/T1 (single, dual, quad) interfaces. On board Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) perform key functionality and with dedicated DSPs per channel. Diva Server adapters range from two to 480 channels per system.

Bundled Diva Server products with the Telephony Interface Manager (TIM) are available in North America at Alternative Technology, Alliance Systems, and ABP Technology.
