Ectaco Releases New Partner Dictionary English-Dutch Software for Pocket PC

NEW YORK, NEW YORK, ST. PETERSBURG, RUSSIA - Ectaco Inc., a supplier in the development and manufacture of portable linguistic devices and software has released new Partner English-Dutch dictionary software for Pocket PC devices. The new software provides bi-directional translation between English and Dutch.
