Datria Integrates Its Voice-Enabled Ticket Management Software Applications with VoiceObjects' Voice Application Management System
ENGLEWOOD, Colo. and COLOGNE, Germany - Datria has integrated its voice-driven applications with VoiceObjects X5, the VAMS from VoiceObjects. Each company's software has been certified by SAP to run on the SAP NetWeaver platform. The integrated solutions provide voice-enabled self-service capabilities to the employee-facing side of the enterprise that require access to SAP Enterprise applications.
The integrated applications include Datria Ticket Management, which works with SAP CRM Field Service; Datria Scouting and Inspection, which works with SAP Asset Management; and Datria Storm Recovery, which works with both SAP applications. Through these applications, employees in the field are able to communicate via telephone or 2-way radio with all pertinent SAP Enterprise systems, including SAP CIS, SAP Parts/Inventory, SAP Warranty, SAP Time and Expense and SAP Billing. The Datria-VoiceObjects integrated solutions are available either as hosted services or via premise licenses. Similar solutions are also available for non-SAP environments.
