Dashbot Offers Analytics for Google Assistant
Dashbot, providers of a bot analytics platform, has partnered with Google to provide analytics and tools for Actions on Google. The partnership enables third-party developers on Google's conversational product platforms to leverage analytics and tools to increase user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
In addition to bot-specific metrics like sentiment analysis, conversational analytics, and artificial intelligence response effectiveness, Dashbot provides tools to take action on that data, like its Live Person Takeover of chat sessions and Push Notifications for re-engagement.
Dashbot is a cross-platform solution that natively supports Facebook Messenger, Slack, and Kik bots and has a generic application programming interface for any conversational interface. The company has more than 1,200 bots on the platform and has processed more than 280 million messages.
"We're excited to power analytics for all of Google’s conversational interface products and to provide developers with the most powerful insights and tools," said Arte Merritt, co-founder and CEO of Dashbot, in a statement. "Conversational interfaces are the future, this makes them smarter, faster."
