Daon IdentityX Voice Biometrics Now Available for Genesys Cloud CX

Daon has made its IdentityX voice biometrics available on the Genesys AppFoundry, a marketplace of solutions for customer and employee experiences.

Leveraging the Genesys AudioHook API, the new integration delivers identity verification and proofing, mitigates fraudulent account-take-over (ATO), and increases the speed of customers moving through their desired workflows. Genesys AudioHook Monitor streams the call audio from the Genesys Cloud CX platform to Daon IdentityX to perform voice biometric authentication in real time. Leveraging a library of biometric algorithms and artificial intelligence, Daon helps organizations provide voice biometric authentication and identity continuity.
