Convergys Adds TuVox CVR Applications to its SpeechPort Platform
LOS ALTOS, CA - Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG) has added TuVox' CVR applications to its open standards-based advanced speech recognition (ASR) SpeechPort™ platform.
The joint integration was recently completed for Definity Health to provide Definity Health's insurance members and health care providers with conversational speech recognition-based access to health benefit programs and status. This open hosting environment is designed for Convergys and TuVox clients to have their speech recognition applications managed by Convergys on an outsourced basis.
