ClickFox Expands into the APAC Region

ATLANTA - ClickFox signed a business partner agreement with LogIT Corporation. This is the first partnership that will deliver the ClickFox technology across the Asia Pacific Markets.

ClickFox's patented software shows customers' step-by-step navigation through DTMF and speech-enabled IVR systems.  ClickFox translates customer interactions into an interactive, visual map of user behavior.

ClickFox will work closely with LogIT to deliver its solution to Japanese companies. The ClickFox solution will give these companies the ability to see customers' total behavior.
