China Voice Holding Names CEO, Signs Agreement to Acquire DTNet Technologies
China Voice Holding named Bill Burbank CEO and has signed an agreement to acquire DTNet Technologies.
Bill Burbank has experience in working with both private and public emerging technology development companies in the U.S., Canada and Asia. Prior to DTNet Technologies he was chief operating officer for VoIP, Inc. where he managed the operations of several multi-million dollar subsidiary companies with total annual revenues of over $40 million dollars. Before VoIP, Inc. was co-founder of Incite Global Services, a consulting firm specializing in business development, operations and crisis management for emerging companies in the high-tech communications sector. Prior to IGS, Burbank held senior level executive positions with technology companies that developed computer telephone integration (CTI), wireless, unified messaging, virtual office solutions and applied speech recognition applications. As vice president of sales for The Automatic Answer Inc., a voice and unified messaging software company, he drove sales to achieve growth that earned the company the distinction of being named one of Inc. Magazine's 500 fastest growing private companies for three consecutive years.
For over eight years DTNet Technologies has delivered broadband, VoIP and wireless products to enterprise, government, and service provider customers throughout the world. The company's products include cable modems, DSL/ADSL modems, AV Powerline and Homeplug adapters, WIFI and cellular wireless hardware and software applications, Multimedia Terminal Adapters (MTA) for VoIP services and other customer premise equipment. DTNet Technologies has also recently added a new line up of enhanced services to complement their customer's core offerings.
