Carrius Supports WIN and CAMEL on Compleat-200

Carrius Technologies' Compleat-200 has added support for the Wireless Intelligent Networks (WIN) protocol and the Customized Applications for Mobile network Enhanced Logic (CAMEL) protocol. These two protocols add Prepaid Wireless applications to the long list of enhanced multimedia services supported by the Compleat.

The Compleat-200 combines media gateway, signaling gateway, and softswitch call control functions in one platform. When solution developers combine a prepaid application with the Compleat-200 platform, they create an IN-based prepaid wireless solution that eliminates the need for standalone Specialized Resource Functions (SRF) and Service Control Points (SCP) for prepaid services.
