Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Unveil Technologies Join Forces to Deliver Self Service Solutions to Call Centers

WALTHAM, Mass. - Cap Gemini Ernst and Young US LLC and Unveil Technologies Inc. announced they are joining forces to help customer service organizations improve the quality of customer care while simultaneously reducing call center operating costs. Through this collaboration, Unveil and CGEandY are jointly introducing integrated speech solutions to the market.

Conventional self-service strategies commonly result in technology "silos" in the call center where live agents operate independently from legacy interactive voice response and speech systems. CGEandY and Unveil have teamed to deliver a holistic approach to self-service that unifies these resources and leverages investments in each.

 

The agreement combines CGEandY's experience in call center consulting and technology integration with Unveil's self-service solutions.
