Cambium Learning To Acquire Kurzweil Educational Systems

BALTIMORE and NATICK, Mass. - Cambium Learning™, Inc., an education company serving the needs of the nation's at-risk, minority and special student populations with learning tools, services and technologies, has signed an agreement to acquire Kurzweil Educational Systems®, Inc.  The announcement was made at the 2005 Council for Exception Children (CEC) Convention and Expo held April 6 - 9 in Baltimore, Md.  Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
